Staff very friendly and nice. Waiter in Copper Fox was great! We were there on Saturday 12/10 to relax and have a few snacks. I think his name was Matt? He was very friendly, nice and attentive. Great sense of humor! Food was delicious. The truffle fries were the bomb!! Concierge was very good.

I liked it was clean it was also in good location and it also provided parking but I felt that could have been free not 60 bucks a night besides that very happy.

Great location, very close to Michigan Ave and all the sights we wanted to see and experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very clean, and the staff was very nice.

Great location for going to Navy Pier. Great staff at both front desk and restaurant. Got to check in early when we just wanted to drop off bags. Pool had great sunlight and view and was warm. Room was perfect size and i like having a sink outside of the toilet area. Bed comfy and nice couch to sit on. Nice view of the lit up buildings at night.

This hotel was exceptionally wonderful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were just as comfy as the one's at home. There was no microwave, but that's alright. Cold pizza is still delicious. The Pool was heated with plenty of lounging space around it, my grand daughter had a blast. We were in the heart if downtown near all the shopping we could ask for and even a Dunkin Donuts 🍩. We would definitely stay again

The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. 10/10 The location is great for shopping on the Magnificent Mile. 10/10 Having the water available in the lobby is very nice.

the location was perfect everything I wanted to do was literally in walking distance from my hotel, the valet parking was lovely also because there is literally nowhere to park in Downtown Chicago
